This licence allows us to feature your submitted gaming clips, highlights, and community content across our network as described in our service.
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
HYPD reserves the right (but has no obligation) to review, edit, or remove any User Content at our discretion, including content that breaches these terms or that we consider inappropriate for our community.

HYPD reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events at any time. We will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and will not be liable for any costs incurred by participants as a result of such changes.
By participating in HYPD tournaments and events, you consent to being featured in HYPD’s live streams, recordings, highlights, and promotional content published across our channels.
HYPD works with brands and commercial partners to deliver sponsored content, activations, and events. These partnerships are clearly identified where required by the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) UK guidelines and the CAP Code.
If you are a brand or business engaging HYPD’s services, a separate commercial agreement will govern that relationship in addition to these terms.
HYPD does not allow advertisers to pay for placement within The Hub community content without appropriate disclosure, in accordance with UK advertising regulations.
We aim to keep the HYPD Live website and The Hub available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue services at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
We aim to ensure that content on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranties that the content is complete, accurate, or current. Gaming news, event dates, and community information may change without notice.
