The Hub exists because gaming deserves a space that isn’t toxic, hollow, or full of bots. These aren’t bureaucratic policies — they’re what makes this place worth showing up for. Read them. Live by them.
Be a Real Human
One account per person. No bots, no fake profiles, no impersonating other creators, members, or HYPD staff. If you’re here, be here as yourself. That’s the whole point.
Zero Tolerance for Hate
Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, religious discrimination — none of it. Not in posts, not in comments, not in private messages, not as a joke. If you wouldn’t say it to someone’s face and mean it respectfully, don’t say it here.
No Harassment
Disagreements happen. Targeting someone doesn’t. Don’t repeatedly go after another member, don’t pile on, don’t coordinate attacks. If you have a problem with someone, step away or report it — don’t escalate it.
No Spam or Unsolicited Promo
Don’t drop your Twitch link in every thread. Don’t blast DMs promoting your channel. Don’t post the same thing five times. Share your work — but share it in the right context, not everywhere at once. The community notices the difference between contributing and extracting.
Play Fair in Tournaments
Cheating, hacking, using exploits, boosting accounts, match-fixing, or unsportsmanlike conduct gets you removed from the event — and potentially the platform. HYPD’s tournament decisions are final. Don’t test this one.
Protect People’s Privacy
Don’t share anyone’s personal information without their explicit consent — addresses, real names, phone numbers, workplaces. Doxxing is an immediate permanent ban. Full stop.
Keep Content Legal and Original
Only post content you own or have the right to share. Don’t post pirated games, hacks, or links to illegal content. Don’t post adult or graphic content — The Hub is open to members from 13 years old.
Report. Don’t Retaliate.
If someone breaks the rules, use the report function. Don’t start a public argument, don’t organise a pile-on, don’t take matters into your own hands. The mods are real people and they act on reports — let the system work.
If You Break the Rules
Warning issued. Content removed. You’ll know what rule was broken and why.
Temporary suspension. Duration depends on the severity. Repeat offenders face escalating bans.
Permanent ban, no appeal. Hate speech, doxxing, cheating, and harassment fall here.
