What Are The Xbox Series X Exclusives?

Whilst there are no Xbox Series X exclusives planned for its launch, don’t let that fool you into thinking there won’t be any at all… In fact a little birdie told us there might be as many as 27 Xbox Series X exclusives! Keep reading to find out what they are.

For clarification, the following list of next-gen exclusives all run on Xbox Series S too – the smaller, cheaper next-gen console – just at a lower rendering resolution.

Exclusive Xbox Series X games confirmed so far:

Here’s the first-party Xbox Series X and S games from Microsoft, as well as any other exclusives from third-party studios:

Halo Infinite – Announced during E3 2019, after 5 years of patiently you’ll be able to experience Masterchiefs “spiritual reboot” latest adventure in 60 fps.

Everwild – Inspired by the beauty of the natural world around us this new project by Rare looks rather interesting, to say the least.

As Dusk Falls – New studio creator INTERIOR/NIGHT has partnered with Microsoft Game Studios to create this “multi-generational story set in the American Southwest about resilience, sacrifice and how the mistakes of the older generation transmit to the younger”. Although there isn’t much to go on, we think there’s huge potential for As Dusk Falls.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II – With the first instalment of Senua’s journey Hellblade: Senusa’s Sacrifice receiving incredible reviews it’s safe to say we’re so HYPD for this one!

Fable – Created by Forza Horizon studio Playground Games the reboot of the fantasy franchise has yet to be given a release date.

Avowed – Set in the Pillars of Eternity this first-person RPG is coming to Xbox Series X and PC.

State of Decay 3 – Undead Labs have confirmed this sequel in the open-world zombie series is still in early development.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 – The 1st instalment of the survival, first-person shooter coming to the console after receiving awesome feedback from PC users.

The Medium – A psychological horror by Blooper Team who have teamed up with Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoka and Arkadiusz Reikowski. We’re certain this will have you on the edge of your seat!

Scorn – We’ve seen a lot of game trailers in our time and this atmospheric first-person shooter is by far the most strange!

12 Minutes – An interesting new type of game set to come out in 2021 on Xbox Series X and PC. Watch the video for a clearer understanding.
